I Symposium SAES
On December 2, 2016, the first symposium entitled “Minimally Invasive Surgery in Serbia Today” was organized by the Association of Endoscopic Surgery of Serbia, where the honorary guest and lecturer were invited by professor. Dr. Eduardo Targarona, then president of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery-EAES.
The main themes of the Symposium were the minimal invasive surgery in Serbia, the cross-section of the current situation and plans for further development.
The Symposium was accredited by the Health Council of the Republic of Serbia. The symposium was attended by nineteen lecturers from the country and two foreign lecturers. The organizing committee of the Symposium was: Prof. Dr Milos Bjelovic – President of SAES, Prof. Aleksandar Simic, Ph.D. Dr. Slavko Matic, Ass. Dr. Srdjan Mijatovic, Ass. Dr Aleksandar Gluhovic and Prim dr. Goran Ivic.
